Ian Ruhter is a photographer, and a good one at that. He had clients, big clients. And he was miserable. He wanted to find his own voice and create a camera that has never before been created. He had a passion and an idea and that idea became what is now known as the largest camera in the world. Ian and his team turned a big blue truck into the world’s biggest Wet-Plate Collodion camera. Now, the three of them travel in a big blue truck/camera across the country to capture stories of American people.
